  1. Do I need to be a Member? No. There are no annual memberships at BoatClub.com. Typically any person 18 years, or older, with a valid Driver's License & Credit Card may be eligible to rent one of affiliates boats.


  2. What exactly does BoatClub.com do?  We offer the ability to rent fully equipped fishing, pontoon, and ski/wakeboard boats at a variety of Central Florid Locations. We have two waterfront locations on Lake Monroe in Sanford and on West Lake Toho in Kissimmee. We service our other locations by trailering and launching boats at available public access boat ramps on a per reservation basis. That's right... You make the reservation and we'll bring the boat to you.




  3. Who can rent a boat, and do I need to be a Member ?  Typically, anyone 18 years or older that has a valid driver's license and credit card can rent fishing or pontoon boat. There is no Membership or Membership Fee required. However, ski/wakeboard boats might have varied requirements.







  4. How do I get my boat on the day of a reservation? Typically, if you reserve a boat, your boat will be in the water waiting for you at the facility. All you have to do is show up!




  5. I have no boating experience.  Is their training available?  Typically, State Law requires rentals a 15 - 20 minute orientation before you go out. For customers that would like more experience, boaters training session are available.




  6. My favorite fishing/boating location is not listed as one of your current or future locations.  Can I suggest that it be added?  Definitely!  We want to make our boat rentals available to as many desired locations as possible.  All you have to do is r send an email to info@boatclub.com, and we’ll do our best to get that location added.





  7. Am I responsible for refilling the gas tank at the end of the day?  Typically, no. Gas is usually included in the price of all rentals.




  8. Is overnight usage permitted?  Typically not.  Hours of operation are usually from dawn until dusk.




  9. Is fishing equipment (fishing rods, tackle, etc.) included on the fishing boats? Fishing tackle is usually not included, but are often available for rent. Please request fishing equipment rental when making your reservation.




  10. Is insurance included?  Yes.  All boats should include a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy.  Owners will typically be responsible for a deductible in the event an insurance claim needs to be filed.




  11. Is there a cutoff period for scheduling reservations? No. You're welcome to try and schedule last minute reservations.




  12. What happens if I need to cancel a reservation?  In the event you need to cancel a scheduled reservation, you must call the local representative at least 24 hrs prior to the reservation to avoid a service charge. Terms based pon location  You may be charged the scheduled rental fee for not showing up for a reservation without prior cancellation. 




  13. What happens in the event of inclimate weather conditions?  The safety of our customers is very important to us.  The Dock Master affiliated with the scheduled location may cancel reservations, or call a customer off the water at any time he believes the weather or water conditions are unsafe.
